Process for child passport in India when one of the parent is abroad.
1. Fill the miscellaneous service form.
2. Fill the affidiavit and get it notarise and then take a copy of that.
3. Submit the original passport + affidivat form + 1 copy of it + miscellaneous form + 10$ fee to
Indian consulate between 9am-12pm on any working day ( May vary state wise ).
4. Collect on same day or any working day between 4pm -5pm.
